What If You Never Said This Again: “That’s Just Who I Am.”

  • “I can’t help it. That’s just who I am.” We’ve all said it or thought it.
  • We usually say it when we do something we know…deep down…we shouldn’t do.
  • Could that seemingly innocent statement be giving you permission to act in a way that is hurting yourself and your child?
  • What if you did something to become better in that area of your life?
  • You can change and improve.
  • You can get to the point where you can say, “That’s who I used to be.”
